

Pastor Ujj has been the Hungarian-language associate pastor of the Glading Memorial Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia since October 1, 2005. He is also the full Pastor at the Hungarian Reformed Church in Trenton, NJ. He has been active in getting the two churches working together including a large commemoration ceremony for the 50th Anniversary of the Hungarian 1956 uprising. Previously, he was the pastor of Hungarian language churches in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Toronto, Canada. Pastor Ujj was originally ordained to the ministry in Canada.
Pastor Ujj was born in Miskolc, Hungary, where his family was extremely active in the local Hungarian Reformed Church. He is married to his wife, Elizabeth, who is very active in both the Philadelphia and Trenton church life. They have three sons, all actively seeking to complete various stages of education.
Pastor Ujj has a wide variety of interests which include Hungarian culture and traditions, and also hiking, including a trip to mountainous New Mexico in 2007. He is also very proud of and very knowledgeable about his city of birth, Miskolc.
